Research And Implementation Of Anti-counterfeiting And Tracing System For QR Code In Industrial Sewing

With the development of mobile communication technology and the Internet,the technology of anti-counterfeiting and tracing system based on QR code has been favored by more and more mobile users and businesses.It has become the research object of this paper to use QR code as the clothing label to anti-counterfeiting and trace source of clothing information.Based on the market research and requirement analysis,according to the current research of tracing system and the application of QR code.In this paper,the anti-counterfeiting and tracing system of clothing products in the field of industrial sewing is designed.The traditional clothing label is replaced by QR code that is sewn on the clothing,this mehod improved the problems of traditional clothing label information easy to lose,copy,extra consumables,and not resistant to washing and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper made the following three research points:(1)Designed a scheme for generating QR code pattern file.Firstly,converted the QR code image format to DSB format of Barudan.Then,on the basis of analyzing the DSB pattern file,designed the line-to-point algorithm of pattern file data,and the DSB format is transformed into the NTP format which can be recognized by the electronic sewing machine.(2)Designed a backstage tracing system.The server architecture adopted the B/S mode,user browser and backstage server interacted through HTTP protocol.Deployed MySQL database server to complete the storage of clothing information corresponding to QR code.With the reverse proxy and lightweight advantages of the Nginx server,the high concurrency problems of multiple clients accessing the server were solved.(3)Verified the feasibility of the anti-counterfeiting and tracing system for QR code.Built a test platform,firstly,tested the QR code pattern file generation program,then tested the performance of the backstage server,and conducted comprehensive test of the QR code anti-counterfeiting and tracing system functions.After verification,the QR code anti-counterfeiting and tracing system was designed in this paper can achieve the purpose of anti-counterfeiting of clothing products.The unique QR code was sewn on each garment not only effectively improved many shortcomings of the traditional clothing label,but also increased the fake merchant's cost of counterfeiting,effectively avoided counterfeit behavior,and solved the problem of anti-counterfeiting of brand clothing.The design of backstage traceability system realized the information of QR code can be queried anytime and anywhere.It has achieved the expected requirements of this paper.
