With the rapid development of socialism merchandise economy, various kinds of merchandise entry into market continuously. Along with it, a great deal of fake and inferior merchandise floods the market at an astonishing speed. These counterfeits not only bring about serious economic 1osses t o 1egal manufacturers, but also do great harm to the life and health of consumers. Many legal manufacturers have used many kinds of technologies such as laser anti-counterfeit and ink anti-counterfeit to protect their profit. However, these technologies can be imitated easily, and their anti-counterfeit functions are limited. Therefore, a new kind of anti-counterfeit technology that can be accepted by both manufacturers and consumers widely on price and technology complexity is urgently needed to solve the problems existing in the anti-counterfeit field.Currently,RFID technology is a hotspot in research of the anti-counterfeit area, however, the security issue is a key problem that limited the development of this technology. According to the research status of RFID technology, a system blue print that can meet the requirement of combating counterfeiting,monitoring circulating and managing recall is proposed.A kind of RFID tag based on encryption technology is proposed, such tag has a unique serial number and difficult to sophisticate. An authentication mechanism is proposed based on the reliable third party. The authentication between different entities is achieved by the use of identity digital certificate. The product digital certificate binds a given product to a producer. Thus the two kinds of digital certificates strengthened the system security. The establishment of product directory and blacklist forms a effective mechanism which prevents the counterfeits to circulate in the market. In the process of anti-counterfeit, the status information of both sides is recorded, thus the product can be traced and recalled.
