Satellite navigation antenna is one of the key devices in the navigation system,and its performance will directly affect the positioning ability of the entire navigation system.At present,with the rapid development of navigation systems in various countries,the requirements for the size and frequency of the navigation antenna are becoming higher and higher.The realization of the miniaturization and multi band of the satellite navigation system is the current development trend.The open resonator ring structure is widely used in the field of microwave antennas.Loading the stnicture on the microstrip antenna structure can achieve different functions,such as realizing the miniaturization,multi band,high gain and ultra wideband of the antenna.Based on this background,this paper mainly studies the use of the resonant ring structure to achieve miniaturization and dual band characteristics of microstrip antennas.The main contents of the work are as follows:1.According to the different loading modes of the Split-ring resonator,the equivalent circuit model of the unit and array is derived with SRR(Split-ring resonator)and RIS(Reactive Impedance Surfaces)as the object.Its structural parameters provide a theoretical basis.2.A single frequency miniaturization satellite navigation antenna working in Beidou B3 band(1.268GHz)is designed.By loading the slot based on the SRR structure on the original antenna patch working at the GPS L1 band(1.575GHz),the antenna can be reduced from the L1 band to the B3 band without increasing the size of the antenna,and the miniaturization of the antenna is realized.3.A miniaturized dual band satellite navigation antenna with a nested SRR slot is designed by improving the structure on the basis of single frequency miniaturized antenna.The antenna can work at L1 and B3 band.On the basis of miniaturization,the antenna can realize the characteristics of dual band work.Then through continuous parameter optimization,better simulation results are obtained.Finally,the simulation results of antenna are good by the simulation,and the antenna is finally processed and measured.4.The RIS array structure based on SRR unit is designed and loaded it on a miniaturized dual frequency satellite navigation antenna which works in the L1 band and the B3 band.The structure parameters of the RIS are optimized.The bandwidth,front to back ratio and gain of L1 band and B3 band are improved.
