With the continuous development of information technology,information technology has been more and more used in military affairs.all countries in the world are continuously strengthening the information construction of the army.As the " blood" of war,the supply of oil is directly related to the combat effectiveness.the construction of an information management system for oil supply will enhance the reliability,safety and convenience of oil supply and greatly improve the supply guarantee capability.The research and application of U.S.military in oil information construction is at the forefront of all countries.the level of automation and intelligence in our military's oil supply management is relatively low.Therefore,the design of oil support information management system based on particle swarm optimization is carried out.The oil support information management system designed in this paper develops the system according to the b / s framework.the functional modules set up mainly include the oil application module,oil distribution module and system management module,etc.they can automatically generate corresponding reports according to the actual use and distribution of oil,which is convenient for the superior departments to consult.At the same time,the data can also be updated in real time.Through the establishment of the system function module,the problems of oil information distortion and untimely transmission in the oil support information management platform have been solved,and information sharing has been realized.In the analysis of system requirements,this paper expounds in detail from the aspects of allocation management and voucher management,mainly combining with the actual needs of oil depot management and fully considering the expected management results.Based on the analysis of requirements,the overall structure of the system is determined,and then the design process of the system is introduced in detail from five aspects of system function module design and data persistence layer design.This paper also introduces the development environment and process of the system,and expounds the design of four functions of the system,including password login function and two-dimensional code function.Finally,combined with the design and analysis of particle swarm optimization algorithm,the corresponding planning algorithm is made for the allocation and allocation of oil,which can more accurately reflect the overall effectiveness of oil delivery.In the specific application design,the inertia factor is used to enhance the local searching ability and convergence effect of the particles at the initial stage of calculation.In the later stage of calculation,the global searching ability of particles is enhanced,thus improving the algorithm and realizing the optimal calculation result.In the iterative calculation and adjustment of the factor weight,the inertia adjustment method is adopted.this method mainly adjusts the minimum and maximum weight values of the factor to improve the convergence effect of the algorithm,thus obtaining the optimal calculation result.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of military information construction in the world.through comparison,it points out the main problems existing in our country's military information construction.this system can provide reliable and effective data support for military oil support management,improve the military oil support capability,and also provide the basis for military strategic decision-making.
