With the rapid development of the modern information society, wireless communication and information in the modern society have penetrated every corner of people's lives. At the same time, new problems have emerged, that is,high energy consumption in the wireless communication process, increasing carbon emissions, resulting in more serious greenhouse effect and wireless communication spectrum resources cannot meet people's needs and other issues. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in wireless communication networks,a multi-user cognitive wireless MIMO network combining cognitive radio(CR)technology and multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)technology is used in this paper. In this paper,a "best time & multi-user sharing" resource allocation method is proposed and combined with Time Division Multiple-Code Division Multiple Access(TDM-CDMA)technology to perform concurrent allocation of time resources to each Knowing the user group achieves the goal of reducing energy consumption. To achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption in multi-user cognitive MIMO networks, combined with CR technology and MIMO technology,a multi-user cognitive MIMO network system is constructed, and TDM-CDMA technology is used on the basis of this cognitive MIMO network, proposes an effective method to allocate time for multiple users-best time & multi-user sharing method. This method divides the time resources in the system into equally spaced time slices, selects a group of secondary users according to a certain rule, and shares the time resources and the same part of spectrum resources,so that the time resources and the spectrum resources are shared. The total energy of the cognitive user of the user group and the cognitive user occupying the part of the time resources and the spectrum resources of other cognitive users reach the minimum total energy. In this paper,in the process of allocating resource allocation of the distribution system, the system model of concurrently allocating time resources is first established in the cognitive MIMO network combined with TDM-CDMA technology, and it can be found that the established model is a non-convexity that cannot be directly processed.problem.Second,according to the traditional water injection algorithm and SDP relaxation method, this non-convex system problem is transformed into a directly-resolvable convex optimization problem with only the time slice as a variable. Then by analyzing this optimization model, the traditional greedy algorithm is used to allocate the time resources of the system in two steps—minimizing the initial allocation and the optimal time resource allocation.Through this allocation rule, the quality of the main user in the network is guaranteed to be the minimum while the service demand is minimized. The total energy consumption in the cognitive network is minimized. Finally, through experimental simulation and comparison with previous serial distribution methods, the optimal time & multi-user sharing method proposed in this paper can further optimize the energy consumption of the system.
