Smart wearable technology is a modern innovation technology of multidisciplinary integration.In recent years,many developed countries' research in this new area has achieved a lot of results and market,it also has profound social significance and R&D prospects in China.This subject combines facts of less research on smart flexible textiles and industry status of shapewear in China,doing research and development on flexible strain sensor,Combining a flexible sensor with a normal shapewear and making it into a smart shapewear which has the function of measuring the user's body circumference.This subject has analysed and discussesed the recent research and development of smart clothing all of the world,combined product status and industry pain points of body care industry,researched and designed the smart shape wear.This subject mainly carries out research and analysis of the following work:(1)In order to achieve the goal that smart shapewear can measure the user's body circumference while retaining the original body shaping function,this subject has designed the overall structure of smart shapewear.Using modular design ideas to divide smart shapewear into five parts of flexible textile material,flexible sensor,flexible power supply,flexible package and signal receiving part.The function and the composition of each module has been analysed,and the process flow of non-functional textile materials has been designed.(2)According to functional requirements of smart shapewear,flexible strain sensor is selected as the core component of the sensing system.We have designed a preparation scheme for flexible strain sensor,and selected conductive silicone with silica gel,conductive carbon black and silver powder as the main component of the sensor.(3)The conductive silicone is placed in a constant temperature oven for curing by hot vulcanization,doing conductivity and ductility test experiments on conductive silicone after it is successfully prepared.Through the analysis and discussion of the experimental results,we have fed back the experimental data and improved the ratio between conductive silicone raw materials,an optimum ratio that satisfies both the conductivity and ductility requirements has been obtained in the end.(4)After completing the experiments on this subject,doing preparation of flexible sensors and production experiments of smart shape wear samples in the company which cooperates with this subject.At the same time,several flexible sensors were invented based on the results obtained in this subject.The research work of this subject has been summarized,and the follow-up research and application of the subject have been planned.
