The flexible strain sensor is a device that can feel the external mechanical stimulus and convert it into electrical signals according to certain rules.The device has broad application prospects in the fields of flexible electronic skin,medical health,human motion monitoring and so on.At present,the research on flexible strain sensors has become a research hotspot of many researchers,and certain research results have been obtained.However,the hysteresis,linearity,wearability and other characteristics of the flexible strain sensor are still insufficient,and it is difficult to meet the application in high-demand environments.Therefore,the study of flexible strain sensors with excellent performance and the further improvement of their comprehensive performance are of great research significance for the industrialization of sensor technology.First of all,according to the complicated preparation process of the flexible strain sensor in the current scientific research process,it is difficult to mass produce,and the planar structure of the sensor binds the measured object so much that it is difficult to wear,etc.,this paper uses a high-temperature oil bath assisted coaxial spinning The design idea of preparing fibrous flexible strain sensor with core-shell structure by silk technology.On this basis,this article will further improve the preparation process of the fibrous flexible strain sensor made of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/silicone rubber composite material,and further optimize the process parameters.The core material of the flexible strain sensor is composed of conductive filling material carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and flexible silicone rubber as the base compound.The shell material is flexible pure silicone rubber,and the pure silicone rubber material of the shell is aligned with the core to a certain extent.The functional conductive material of the layer plays a protective role.A scanning electron microscope was used to microscopically characterize the cross-section of the flexible conductive fiber with a core-shell structure.The core layer and the shell layer have good cylindricity and coaxiality.Secondly,use the universal digital meter and electronic tensile testing machine to conduct tensile test on the flexible strain sensor and record the relative resistance change value of the sensor.The research results show that the fibrous flexible strain sensor prepared by the high-temperature oil bath coaxial spinning technology has excellent mechanical and electrical properties.Finally,study the response of flexible strain sensors in different external environments(temperature,humidity)and the practical application of flexible strain sensors in the wearable field.
