| The construction of Enterprise's structure on the grass-root level is an important fortress for Communist Partyand an ideology weaponto strengthen the staff's team spirit,improve the enterprise's productivity and competitiveness,.Meanwhile,a significant number of state-owned enterprises had tried to use information technology to contribute the construction of Party structure along with the development of computer application,in order to enhance its efficiency.This thesis studied from the demands of the enterprise's Party Construction,and analyzed the requirements of the Party construction based on the IT development,followed by actual field research,which leads and directs the feasibility of functions,and realizes Party information management system.The outcome of this thesis constitute in three facts.First,using J2 EEthree layered structure system,Spring frameand object-oriented JAVA language to realize the Party building information system through which will obtain convenience.Second,the use of UML analytical tools shall provide practical significance toward work process.Third,focus on documenting Party member profile,organizing Party structure,managing “Three courses and One Lesson” system and other administrative tasks which will enhance work efficiency and quality,achieve online learning,online exam,and online performance evaluation and assessment for party members etc.This system will make the Party construction work for enterprises more standardized,safer and faster,and set a model regarding administrative information structure and development for various organizations and enterprises. |
