Research On Official Website Upgrading Project Of The China Academy Of Launch Vehicle Technology

Nowadays,the internet has more and more influence on people's work and life.Establish a more powerful,more secure,more enterprise feature website is the inevitable developing trend of most enterprises.Topic of this paper is the result of China academy of launch vehicle technology(CALT)the actual project internet site upgrade project.The research object is a military enterprise and a national secret security unit,therefore,it's website construction is different from other private enterprises and the general state-owned enterprises.Whether it is information leakage or website operation security risk,will have an important impact.How to improve the function and strengthen safety in the project upgrade,not only improve the display effect,but also improve the operation efficiency,this is the focus of this paper.From the perspective of project management,this paper takes the website construction of four typical enterprises as a case(The website of NASA,Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company,and Huawei company and Haier company),analysis of the current domestic and foreign enterprises website development and building experience.On the basis of the advanced management experience of Chinese and foreign websites construction,this paper focuses on the construction of the official website upgrade project of the CALT.This paper fully analyzes the main problems existing in the current website construction,including the website function is backward,there are security risks,the front page style tradition,lack of online interaction with internet users,team professional is not strong,a total of five aspects.In view of these problems,the project upgrading and reconstruction construction scheme is proposed.This paper studies the construction of the project from five aspects of the portal group unified architecture management,security management,visual recognition system design,online service site management,team flattening management.By analyzing the current internet environment,this paper also research how to improve the effectiveness and security of the website communication of the secret military enterprise.In thelast chapter of the article,this paper also research the implementation plan and progress of the project,using the project management methodology,estimated the projectThe research results of this paper,one hand,provide management plan for CALT,on the other hand,provide reference for the website of the secret military enterprise in China.
