With the development of communication network technology and the advent of the Internet of Things era,the world has become a "global village" due t o the development of the Internet.Video-on-demand,video conferencing and other multimedia broadband services have gradually become an important direction for the growth of network operators' businesses.In order to meet the data service users' constant pursuit of broadband-based and high-speed development and increase market competitiveness,the "last mile" access mode has evolved from the original DSL cable access to the optical fiber access of XPON technology and has become an inevitable choice of the network operators.XPON integrated network management system can achieve the maintenance of XPON network management,improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance,enhance the level of enterprise management.Through this platform,it can timely monitor the networking structure,dynamic performance monitoring,resource utilization,statistical analysis reports,shortening service opening and fault handling delay,improve the security,stability and availability of PON access networks,and better service for the broadband user market development in the access layer to provide a reliable background protection.The main content of this dissertation focuses on the design and implementation of XPON integrated network management system in China Mobile Tietong Heilongjiang Branch.According to the construction needs of XPON integrated network management system of China Mobile Tietong Heilongjiang Branch,the author participated in the preliminary program demonstration of XPON integrated network management system,demonstrated the main functions the system should have,and analyzed the basic structure of the system.This thesis realizes the automatic collection and management of PON equipment data resources in the whole network.The designed resource management module can view the device information and device grouping information in the network to realize the addition,deletion and modification of various resource information in the integrated network management system and can monitor the operation of the main equipment in the network in real time.In addition,the bandwidth allocation strategy of XPON access network with limited delay is studied,which improves the bandwidth efficiency.It realizes the automatic collection of PON device resource data in the whole network and realizes the end-to-end resource management.It also keeps abreast of the resource usage of various resources in the network operation process and provides reference information for the normal operation of the network service and the further expansion of the network in the future.This thesis realizes the monitoring of the hardware and software environment of the network management system to ensure the safe operation of the system.This paper studies the processing of many types of complex alarm eve nts and presents a multi-type alarm event processing model optimized for delay-limited processing,which can effectively improve the processing efficiency of multiple complex-type alarm events.The alarm management module can fully collect all kinds of ala rms in the alarm events of PON devices and promptly notify the users of the failure points and causes of failures in a conspicuous way when a network failure occurs.
