The development of the communication system and the development of the power divider are inseparable.The power divider is the main hardware component of the phased array radar,active amplifying circuit and wireless communication system.For the flexible power divider and even in this paper,flexible electronic circuits and dual-frequency circuit system for the application of the background,mainly the design of a flexible Wilkinson power divider and two dual-band power divider.First of all,In order to meet the demand of the dual frequency communication circuit system,based on the microstrip transmission line with open stub method,designed with the performance of the dual frequency power divider,the working frequency of the dual frequency power divider are respectively 900 MHz and 2.45 GHz,and the microstrip line bending processing,the dual band power divider overall the size has been reduced to a certain extent.The simulation of the object is processed,and then the performance measurement is carried out by the vector network analyzer.The simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results,which verifies the correctness of the design method.Secondly,On the basis of the proposed dual frequency power divider,the use of the 1/2 short circuit can produce the resonance point.By adding a short-circuit branch to the dual-frequency power divider,a dual-frequency power divider with center frequency operating at 1.67 GHz and zero transmission characteristics is designed.,the power divider by adding zero transmission method,improved dual frequency power divider band control,and has the advantages of simple structure,easy to design and manufacture.The simulation performance is in good agreement with the measured results,and the correctness of the design method is verified.Finally,In order to meet the needs of Wilkinson power divider in the new era,two single-frequency Wilkinson power dividers with a center frequency of 2.45 GHz are designed in this paper.These include a single frequency power divider using double-sided parallel-strip line and a single-frequency power divider based on a flexible substrate.The single frequency power divider using double-sided parallel-strip line is used Rogers 4003 dielectric substrate,the single frequency power divider using double-sided parallel-strip line is mainly the power divider isolation has been improved.This change can not only reduce the complexity of the power divider,but also meet the requirements of some ground plane coplanar situation;for another flexible Wilkinson power divider using LCP media substrate,while the power divider through add DGS to expand the line width of the microstrip line,in order to meet the processing requirements.
