With the rapid development of society and the accelerating pace of life,the number of sub-health population is increasing dramatically.Combined with the acceleration of the aging population in our country,the physical condition of the elderly and their quality of life have become an important challenge to the development of the society.Therefore,Wireless Body Area Network(WBAN)has attracted more and more attentions.WBAN is composed of wearable or implanted biosensors that can provide continuous health monitoring and real-time feedback information.However,the open transmission environment of WBAN is vulnerable to attack and damage.Once the medical data leaks,it will bring very serious consequences.Therefore,the research on the privacy protection technology of WBAN is of great significance.The existing privacy protection algorithms for WBAN are usually designed for one aspect,and the protection type is single.In this thesis,a Double-Mechanism Privacy Protection Algorithm for WBAN is proposed for both data transmission privacy protection and location privacy protection.The algorithm can be divided into transmission mode hiding mechanism and node position virtualization mechanism.By slicing the raw packets collected by biosensors,transmission mode hiding mechanism can hide the inherent transmission pattern of different medical biosensors to realize data transmission privacy protection.Node position virtualization mechanism is based on transmission mode hiding mechanism.By adding a coordinator node,node position virtualization mechanism interferes the Received Signal Strength(RSS)of the attacker.It will cause the attacker to determine the location of virtual node.In this way,node position virtualization mechanism can resist location algorithm based on differential RSS technique and realize location privacy protection.The conception of WBAN is introduced in this thesis as well as security requirements of privacy protection.Some existing data transmission privacy protection technology and location privacy protection are introduced afterwards.We also analyze the advantages and shortcomings of each technique and research results.And then,the attack model and design objectives are introduced.After that,we propose the basic idea of Double-Mechanism privacy protection algorithm.At last,the performance of the algorithm is verified by experiments.By the analysis of experimental data,we can conclude the influence of slicing granularity on energy consumption and the effect of the coordinator node on the attacker's localization.The experiment result demonstrates that a high security level can be achieved through giving up a little extra energy consumption.
