The Industrial Internet is a fusion of technologies in key communication fields such as industrial systems and the Internet.At present,people's understanding of the Industrial Internet is still one-sided and limited,still in the preliminary stage.This thesis aims to realize the interconnection of industrial networks by means of SDN networking,that is,the fusion of factory network and Internet,so that the merged network can provide similar connection-oriented real-time transmission capabilities.This thesis designs a network interconnection structure for industrial interconnection based on SDN.The SDN controller of the control plane controls the Underlay network composed of routing switching devices in the data plane through the southbound interface,and generates overlay networks according to the requirements of the upper industrial cloud platform,which can effectively solve the network heterogeneity problem Based on the requirements of this structure,we propose an Industrial Internet system software structure based on SDN.The SDN southbound interface supports multiple transport protocols,and the logical network of the control plane is implemented based on the VXLAN tunnel;the data plane uses a label-based forwarding mechanism to process the data packets in an equivalence class,which greatly reduces the size of the forwarding table and reduces transmission delay.In addition,based on the software structure,this thesis proposes a real-time transmission mechanism based on SDN.It constructs time-sensitive network slices and common service network slices according to the service type of the flow,which can isolate the resources and reserve a transmission path with the largest weight for the time sensitive stream.We also compare with the traditional best-effort,multi-path transmission forwarding method.The results show that the transmission mechanism of this thesis can not only effectively reduce the transmission delay,but also improve the overall network throughput,link utilization and achieve real-time and reliable transmission of traffic.
