Infrared imaging technology has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,can work day and night,and is widely used in various fields.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of semiconductor technology,infrared detectors have developed rapidly in the direction of larger area arrays,higher frame rates,and higher resolution.As a result,the amount of data in the infrared acquisition system is explosive and geometric growth,which poses great challenges for subsequent data collection and processing.In this paper,a high-speed infrared acquisition system and PCI-E bus technology are used to construct a multi-board high-speed interconnection system for high-speed infrared data acquisition.The system consists of four parts: infrared detectors,FPGA multi-function video acquisition board,DSP data processing board and host computer.The system has the following two salient features:1.In the multi-board high-speed interconnection system,the host computer acts as an RC device,and the FPGA multi-functional video acquisition board and the DSP data processing board serve as two EP devices.Not only achieved high-speed infrared video data from the FPGA multi-function video capture board to the host computer DMA transfer;is more innovative from the FPGA multi-function video capture board to the DSP data processing board,DMA transfer between the two EP devices.2.A FPGA multi-functional video capture board was designed in a multi-board high-speed interconnection system.This board has rich peripheral interfaces such as optical fiber,Camera Link and PCI-E.It can not only achieve high-speed video capture from the detector or camera and send it to the host,but also can match the host computer as an analog video source,and the collected video can be simulated and output through the board.After experiments and tests,the multi-board high-speed interconnection system designed in this paper can achieve real-time infrared video capture and display in a stable and reliable manner.The FPGA multi-functional video capture board can perfectly capture infrared video from the infrared detector and send the video data to the DSP video processing board and the host computer through the PCI-E bus.The host computer realizes real-time display and storage of the collected infrared video.
