In this paper,the protable and intelligent is the starting point of the infrared imaging system,design and manufacture the miniaturization infrared image acquisition system based on FPGA+ARM.Using ULIS company's 320×240 uncooled microbolometer UL 01 01 1 as the core component of the infrared imaging system,beginning from the working principle of the infrared detector UL 01 01 1,analyse the driving of supply voltage and bias voltage of UL 01 01 1,controlling of uncooled infrared focal plane temperature,driving of the timing signal and the pre-treatment of the analog output signal,and design the power supply circuit of the detector,TEC temperature control circuit,AD conversion circuit,timing generation and control circuit,image cache circuit,image display and data transmission function modules.When the system working,the power supply circuit provide a 1%stable accuracy of supply voltage and bias voltage,and the TEC temperature control circuit stabilize the temperature of the focal plane array to 30℃and the accurace higher than 0.01℃.Then UFPA convert the infrared radiation signal to the electrical signal and integral and amplify.Through the output buffer and multi-channel transmission,system will output each pixel of the analog signal unit.After the low-pass filter,the analog signal begin AD conversion.Then FPGA save the infrared digital image data to the cache.At last,ARM controller will read out the image data from cache,and display the image on the LCD or upload the image data to the PC.In this system,the higher speed and more stable devices were chosen.By optimized system designing,real-time image high speed acquisition was realized.Up to now,the hardware and software of the infrared image acquisition system were debugged.The system could work alone,could observe the infrared image from the LCD,and acquisition effect satisfactory.
