The traditional touch screen technology can not meet the requirements of the development of the touch screen display device's performance and efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to study the high-speed and high-precision laminating machine.This paper pointed at the accuracy and motion characteristics of the misalignment problem of turning plate laminating machine of lamination process,combined with machine vision,Linear motor is used to construct a plane parallel UVW three axis movement on the alignment platform[AP],study the motion characteristics,to achieve double counterpoint over auto laminating laminating machine board provides a set of high speed and high precision alignment and assembly scheme.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:1.Analysis of the research status of the bonding machine and its UVW mechanical AP,By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different mechanical.In this paper,the UVW AP with common plane parallel three degrees of freedom based on linear motor is used to Improve the accuracy of touch screen from the structure of the AP of the laminating machine.2.The design of the mechanical AP for the double aligning and turning plate laminating machine[DATPLM]is mainly designed from three aspects:motion control system,software driving system and visual inspection system.The liner motor without transmission error is chosen as the driving motor,the motion control mode of PC+motion control card is adopted,and Visual Studio is used as the upper computer control software,so that it is easy to program.3.The analysis of the single degree of freedom independent motion characteristic of the UVW AP.By comparing the T and S type motion curves,the suitable motion control curve of linear motor is selected.and the position control mode suitable for accurate positioning and the adaptive gain adjustment method are selected to make the liner motor reach the precise positioning.Considering the factors such as the length of the actual guide rail,It is calculated that the maximum speed of linear motor can reach 1435.6mm/s in theory,and the maximum motion speed of the linear motor is 350mm/s based on the work demand.4.The multi degree of freedom complex motion characteristic of UVW AP is analyzed,and the degree of freedom,positional positive and inverse solution,working space and trajectory planning are calculated.The workspace of the platform is simulated by Matlab software.Trajectory planning for the platform from two aspects of the shortest path and the minimum time.5.The correctness of the simulation calculation is verified by solving the actual UVW counterpart platform workspace by experiment.The shortest trajectory and minimum time of the UVW AP are solved by experiments,and the correctness of the previous trajectory planning is verified.The positioning accuracy of UVW AP is solved by experiment,and the positioning accuracy of the simulation experimental platform of DATPLM can be reached to lum by machine vision...
