This research topic comes from the project of national natural science fund(51275538).Joint decelerator as one of the major core part of robot,its precision / interstitial directly influence performance reference of robot.Japan RV reducer as typical robot reducer,it was extensively applicated.Because the machining of RV reducer's cycloid gear and needle wheel demand special grinding equipment,it takes expensive cost,otherwise involute gear's machining have mature equipment and technology.Study on the operation of the RV accelerator in the autonomy of this paper.Base on that,this paper research involute RV Reducer,research structure design?parameter design ? strength check,the simulation of meshing performance and transmission error.Following are the main content:Reference RV40 E,research the parameter design and interfere check of involute RV reducer;Complete structure refinement of involute RV reducer,includes axis,spline strength check,bearing selection,fits selection and 3D modeling;Used finite element Software-ABAQUS,respectively analysis first stage gear pair and internal gear pair with small teeth difference,calculate every stage gear pair's contact stress and bending stress;Used dynamics software-RECURDYN,establish dynamics model of gear pair,analysis transmission error of gear pair,simulation shows,gear pair transmission error is similar of meshing stiffness.establish dynamics model of involute RV reducer dynamics model,analysis the reducer's transmission error at different input speed and different output load.
