In the background of the rapid growth of China's energy demand and the relative shortage of domestic resources,this paper studies the difficult problems in the implementation of green city logistics and distribution,reveals the relationship between the three types of energy consumption,carbon emission and distribution cost in the process of distribution,and constructs a green distribution scheme to alleviate the energy pressure.And the realization of green development of logistics distribution has certain significance.However,as far as the current urban logistics and distribution links are concerned,there is still a lack of consideration of the urgency of the customer's demand,which leads to the dissatisfaction of the customers,the difficulty in quantifying the carbon emissions in the process of distribution of vehicles,and the ignorance of the people's carbon emission in the distribution link,and the failure to fully integrate the positive and reverse objects.The flow can achieve collaborative distribution to further reduce the cost of distribution and reduce carbon emissions.Distribution companies rely on their experience and industry methods to solve these problems effectively.In the market economy system,they inevitably bring business pressure to the company for a long time.Based on this analysis,this paper takes logistics and distribution as the research background,in order to meet the customer's basic urgent demand as a constraint,taking carbon emission and distribution cost as the target,and puts forward the multi-objective optimization research and application selection of green logistics distribution path considering the urgency of customer demand.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,from the perspective of customer participation in logistics and distribution,the overall optimization of multi-objective green logistics distribution path optimization considering the urgency of customer demand is studied.Through in-depth study of the distribution status and problems,relevant theories and methods,the key problems to be solved are analyzed.On the basis of considering the urgent demand of the customers,the high efficiency goal of the enterprise and the low carbonization of distribution,this paper puts forward the overall research scheme based on the evaluation of the demand urgency,setting the priority distribution constraint function and taking the cost and carbon emission as the optimization goal.Secondly,the urgency evaluation of endpoint demand for logistics distribution is studied based on the urgent needs of customers.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,the relationship between customer demand and satisfaction is analyzed in order to meet the customer's basic demand for time urgency.The relationship between customer demand and satisfaction is analyzed.The demand urgency evaluation index is designed.The demand of distribution endpoint based on the variable fuzzy theory is urgent.The model and method of sex evaluation.Thirdly,the multi-objective green logistics distribution routing optimization modeling and solution is studied considering the urgency of customer demand.Based on the customer demand urgency evaluation result,the distribution constraint function is set up,the priority distribution factor is introduced,and the carbon emission measurement method in different vehicle driving process is combined to establish a multi-objective optimization model of low carbonization and low cost positive reverse logistics distribution,and a cloud quantum ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the multi-objective optimization model.Finally,taking H company as a case,the above research results are preliminarily verified.The optimal solution of the logistics distribution path of H company is obtained by optimization,and the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are verified by this engineering test.
