Along with the rapid development of economic globalization,information technology,customer demand for personalized,the marine diesel engine supporting enterprises not only face the fierce external competition environment,but also the internal manufacturing environment has also changed radically.This requires that the enterprises not only produce high quality products but also have high production efficiency.Logistics,as a key means to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,is highly valued by enterprises.Compared with the developed countries,the logistics level of our manufacturing industry is relatively backward,the logistics efficiency of the workshops is not high,and the cost of the logistics links is very high.Therefore,we need to increase the attention to the improvement of the structure of the logistics transportation system and reduce the cost of the logistics transportation in the workshop.In this case,the AGV system,as a modern integrated intelligent transportation system has been developed rapidly and applied to production practice.In this paper,AGV system based on Mixed uni/bidirectional guide-path network layout is studied.The key technologies such as its guide-path network design,multi-AGV dynamic scheduling and other key technologies are studied.The AGV scheduling management system based on MES is designed and developed by our research group is also introduced.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional Mixed uni/bidirectional guide-path network design model,Mixed uni/bidirectional guide-path network design model of AGV system in the operating workshop environment of marine diesel engine supporting enterprises is established.The improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the design model proposed in this paper is verified by an example of production.Then,according to the analysis and study of the disturbance factors in the actual operating workshop of marine diesel engine supporting enterprise,the disturbance events are classified,and then the multi-AGV dynamic scheduling model based on MGNL for marine diesel engine supporting enterprise is established and improved genetic algorithm designed to solve it.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.Finally,this paper introduces the AGV scheduling management system based on MES for a marine diesel engine supporting enterprise,which is designed and developed by our research group.The system realizes the functions of basic information management,AGV management,AGV path planning,AGV handling task management and so on,and carried out the implementation and application in the enterprise.
