With the trend of reshuffling in the industry,the home of life services has not only been confined to traditional media,but has gradually migrated to the Internet.Among them,We Chat,a social media,also meets the demands of information dissemination of life services due to the advantages of fissile user conversion rate,instant hitter audience arrival rate,and high-precision directional delivery path.Hohhot's self-service media for life services has successfully rooted in We Chat mobile terminals under the support of this era's new style of support,and has been providing vertically oriented information services to meet the needs of local audiences.Since its development,the development of the We Chat public account of the We Chat public accounted for a serious phenomenon of polarization.Only a few public numbers have developed well.Most of the We Chat account numbers represented by“Qinghtao” failed to work out a content operation model suitable for itself and entered the bottleneck of development.From the user's point of view,content is still the primary factor attracting users.Through the research on the content management of “Qinghetao”,the author aims to provide content operation development strategies for similar public numbers in the development bottleneck period in Hohhot.In the first chapter of the thesis,the author defines the concept of“content operation” and “We Chat public number of life services”,and investigates and analyzes the development of the We Chat public service We Chat public number.The second chapter uses the literature research method,interview method,content analysis method,etc.,to customize the menu settings of the “ Qinghetao ” We Chat public number,the topic classification of the article,the title sentence structure,the information source,the communication effect,and the interaction.A detailed analysis of the seven aspects such as degree is carried out.The advantage of "Blue Walnut" is that it is based on the local and adapts to user demands;the content is presented in a variety of forms;the time and quantity of delivery meet the user's reading habits.At the same time,there are many problems in the “ Qinghetao ”We Chat public number,which is also a common problem in the We Chat life service We Chat public number.For example,the custom menu function is dumb and the update cycle is long;the service information is too small and it is inconsistent with its own positioning;The ratio is imbalanced,and the commercialization tends to be serious;operational talents are scarce,content production capacity is poor,interaction capability is insufficient,and platform viscosity is weak.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the existing problems and causes,and then proposes a series of corresponding suggestions in the fourth chapter.Such as full use of functional interfaces,improve the practicality of the module;clarify its own positioning,improve the proportion of service information;strengthen the construction of the operating team,enhance the original ability;wide open the way to improve the transmission of dialogue;regular analysis of data,quantify the platform of communication effects.It is hoped that through this series of analysis and research,we will provide viable optimization strategies for the public service number of the Hohhot life service group entering the bottleneck of development.
