Recently,with the vigorous development of our country's medical treatment,The people's demand for medical instruments is getting higher and higher.But meanwhile,We should realize that there are many problems in the process of circulation in the medical equipment industry in our country.Many medical equipment enterprises often appear lack of records,missing items,omission,ignoring the important link of the incoming and outcoming record.Once the medical devices appaer problems in circulation cause bad medical devices can not be traced back in time,which will bring great risks to the health of the masses.Therefore,it is necessary to build a declaration system for the circulation of medical devices.Implantable medical instruments are commonly used in medical operations.Implanted mediccal equipment is related to the quality of life of patients after surgery and affects the progress of postoperative rehabilitation.Recommend the best hospital for the operation of implanted medical devices for users or patients.It not only brings convenience to patients,but also improves the overall level of hospital management and promotes the competitiveness of the medical industry.This paper aims to solve the problem of medical devices in circulation by establishing medical device declaration system.And designing and developing the function of recommending the implanted hospitals by using the relevant data of medical devices in the declaration system.Sovling the problem that the patients choose the hospitals and bringing convenient for patients,the main work is as follows:(1)According to the medical equipment business enterprises to declare the purchase and sale of medical data of low efficiency.Proposing the utilization of remote procedure call protocol(RPC)model and researching on data interaction between Java system and PHP system based on Thrift framework.Finally developing the data interface to realize collecting data from java system based on Thrift.(2)Study on the medical device implanted hospital recommendation function based on TOPSIS evaluation algorithm.Construct the comprehensive evaluation index system for medical device implanted hospital.Getting relevant data from hospital database and medical device declaration system.The TOPSIS algorithm is used to classify medical devices implanted hospitals.So as to provide users with the recommendation of medical equipments implanted hospitals.After that,the weight determination method in TOPSIS algorithm is be improved.Through the experiment,the improved TOPSIS algorithm is proved to effective.(3)This paper studies the development of medical device traceability system based on PHP.Designing the page by using bootstarp front-end framework,and use PHP framework and Mysql technology to design and implement the business logic of system.The realization of the system enables the information of medical devices to be traced in a timely and effective way,to a certain extent,to ensure the safety of medical devices in the market.Meanwhile the function of hospital recommendation provides medical reference for patients.
