QR code is used in all walks of life widely,due to its large information capacity,low cost and good safety features.But it may suffer noise pollution,uneven illumination and oblique distortion in practical application.The influence hindered QR code recognition.This paper researched the image processing of defaced QR code by key algorithms such as filter denoised,binarization,distortion correction,and proposed a suitable optimization algorithm for the QR code,which can improve recognition rate.On the basis of digital image processing and symbol structure of QR code,the recognition process of QR code was improved.The commonly used recognition methods were analyzed,the recognition process were designed,and the binarization algorithm was improved.Under the condition of different noise pollution ratios,adaptive median filter algorithm was determined by the subjective and objective evaluation methods;In uneven illumination conditions,QR code was divided into four sub-blocks by used improved partitioning,according to the principle of threshold segmentation and morphological method,and Ostu algorithm was applied to the processed images,and morphological closure was used to eliminate the image boundary effect;Through perspective transformation,the distorted image was restored to regular quadrilateral,and the restored image was calculated and repaired by bilinear interpolation.According to the principle of coding,QR code generation and recognition system was written by C++ language.The results show that QR code in different impulse noise proportions,the MSE index after the adaptive median filter processing tended to be steady,the PSNR value were greater than median filtering and mean filtering,the effect of filter met the removal requirement;Under the uneven illumination,the improved algorithm to reduce the boundary effect.the average operation time of improved algorithm was 0.498888s,while traditional block Ostu was 2.532310s,which indicated that improved algorithm was reduced in time and improved treatment effect;The oblique distortion image selected algorithm was more clear and edge information was more complete than other algorithms.The optimization of QR code recognition process was great significance for improving its recognition rate and accuracy.
