Design And Implementation Of The Mutual Ecognition Of Information System Of Hospital Inspection Results

Currently,the majority of patients's test results in the hospital can not be recognized by other hospitals,which makes the patient to repeat the test,not only waste money,but also damage the health of patients.There are many reasons for this result,the main reason is that many hospital management is relatively backward,the level of network information is not high,the flow of information is obstructed and so on.Shanghai,Taiwan,Hongkong and other developed areas are trying to promote the mutual recognition of the inspection results of the information system,but it is not perfect enough.Based on this,I deeply communicate with the doctors in different department of major hospitals in Xi'an,fully understand the current demand for mutual recognition of test results and apply the existing mature software technology,through the introduction of cloud platform,design and implement test results in a hospital recognition information management prototype system,which is a preliminary solution with test the results shared and mutual recognition of problems in different hospitals.The main functions of this system includ visiting management,hospital management,examination result management,user management and system management,system register,user login.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)the current requirements are analyzed in detail,including data consistency requirements,data security requirements and data management requirements.(2)on the issue of the system data docking with the original LIS system in different hospitals,to meet the system data consistency requirements of security policy authority information access system in management and other data,and set different levels according to the demand of management authority.(3)the deployment scheme of information system integration under the cloud platform is determined.A prototype system is developed by computing the resource pool and the setting of storage resource pool,and the results of different hospital tests are recognized.Through this system,different hospitals can upload the patient's test results to the cloud platform for storage,and also access the patient's test results by accessing the cloud platform.Based on the system,effective test results in different hospitals can get recognition,greatly reduce the number of patients tested,so as to effectively reduce the patient's medical costs and time,improve the efficiency of the hospital,improve patient satisfaction with the hospital.Therefore,the research results in this paper help to promote the development of medical information system to a higher level to a certain extent.
