| With the rapid development of cloud computing,big data and other technologies,the development of various industries has been driven,and the research of medical big data is unstoppable.In China,the medical big data was formally incorporated into the national development strategy.With the rapid growth and integration of medical data,On the one hand,big data can improve the accuracy of medical diagnosis and promote the development of medical services;on the other hand,it can provide more employment opportunities and increase social benefits.However,with the sharing of medical information,the increase of medical data volume and the frequent occurrence of privacy security events,the privacy security of medical big data is facing great challenges.And the medical data are stored in the cloud platform,it is necessary to adopt cloud service for medical big data.The application of medical data in the cloud environment is beyond the control of the user,the privacy of users is difficult to be guaranteed,so it is necessary to study medical big data in cloud environment.What risk factors affect the privacy of medical big data in the cloud? How to assess the risk of medical big data privacy security in the cloud environment? And how to protect privacy security? The research on the privacy security risk of medical big data is very scarce,and solving these problems is very important to the privacy security of medical big data in the cloud environment.This paper makes a systematic study on the privacy security risk of medical big data in the cloud environment.By looking up the literature,starting from the life cycle of medical big data,combing out medical big data collection,storage,application and destruction of the entire life cycle of a number of privacy security risk factors.Through the consultation of relevant scholars and experts,29 privacy security risk factors are determined.The index system is established according to the risk factors of privacy security,which lays the foundation for establishing the model of measuring and evaluating privacy security risk.And the risk is related to the uncertainty and loss.Based on information entropy,fuzzy set,Markov chain and Bayesian network,a multi fusion risk assessment model for privacy security is established,and the information entropy can reduce the disadvantages of expert subjective estimation effectively,and Markov chain can be used to calculate the steady-state probability of the occurrence of risk in each stage.In the test experimental analysis,the risk factors of privacy security are evaluated in terms of the frequency of threats,the importance of assets,the extent of vulnerability being exploited,and the severity of vulnerability,it can evaluate the privacy security risk from three aspects: the degree of uncertainty of risk,the degree of risk membership and the probability of occurrence of risk.Finally,the technical factors related to privacy and security risks in every link of the life cycle of medical big data are deeply explored.Based on the analysis of the privacy security risk factors in the process of acquisition,storage,application and destruction of medical big data,a set of privacy security protection schemes based on technical factors and management measures were established.Through test experimental analysis and comparison,we can find that in the four stages of life cycle of medical big data in cloud environment,the stable probability of privacy security risk in data application stage is the highest,it shows that the privacy security risk in the data application stage is the most likely to occur,and the risk factor that can threaten the whole medical big data system is the most.The uncertainty of privacy security risk in data application stage is the highest,and the impact of loss is also relatively large.Compared with other stages,privacy security risk in data application stage is the most difficult to control.The level of privacy security risk in the whole medical big data system is low,so we should pay enough attention to it and take measures to reduce the privacy security risk.In summary,this paper sorted out the security risk factors of medical big data privacy in the cloud environment on the basis of relevant studies.The index system and risk assessment model of privacy security risk assessment is established;Finally,from the combination of technology and management,a privacy protection scheme is proposed. |
