Along with social progress,rapid industrial development,accelerate the expansion of production scale,it'sparticularly prominent and important to manage the enterpriseeffectively and monitor the production process.In the current competitive environment,manufacturing industrial production as the most fundamental industry for the country which has created economic benefits that can not be ignored.It does not only has a close relationship with the country's economic prosperity,but also plays an great role in strengthening the national subsistence level.The workshop is the basic unit of production of manufacturing enterprises where the production line,logistics data,information flow,etc.are all circulated and integrated.The facility layout problem refers to maximizing the economic efficiency of enterprises throughputting facilities of different shapes according tosome certain rules in a certain area.There are two methods of facility layout modeling.One is the Bolock Layout that only get the relative position of device without considering details of the device.Another is Detailed Facility Layout which took the details into consideration much more and the solving process has been more complex with more constraint.A certain enterprise planned to build a new workshop in order to expandproduction scale.While,they had to transport the materialsround trip when producing products with the same craftsbecauseall of workshops were scattered.They wanted to improve the phenomenon of chaos by facility planning before producing.The article modeled by the way of Detailed Facility Layout to get a plan that can fit the actual production better will be generated.The main work of the article is as follows:(1)Describing the basic principles,classification and objectives of facility layout.Andillustrating the necessity oflayout optimization by analyzing the status quo of the enterprise.Forming a rational scheme by analyzing the relationship between the logistics and non-logistics unit in system layout planning and calculating the logistics handling costs by the calculatingmethod which is based on equipment import and export of materials.(2)Using an improved model to improve the shortcomingswhich relying on human experience excessive by SLP and accuracy is not high by using intelligent algorithm.Describing the solving process of objective function which obtaining the shortest distance by using an improved connection diagramgeneration algorithmbased on Sweepline Algorithmbetween device and an improved Dijkstra algorithm.(3)The improved method has been proved to beefficacious and feasible in the experimental verification.(4)Applying the new model to the layout design of the enterprise,and combining with artificial immune algorithmbecause of the multiple constraintsand complex progress.It's proved that the method herein is correct and efficient byanalyzing the results quantitative and qualitative between the layout result by SLP and another result by the method used the improved connection diagramgeneration algorithm and the improved Dijkstra algorithm.
