Pressure sensors are widely used in all fields.In recent years,the concept of large data,cloud computing and Internet of things,and the progress of related basic technology,all kinds of pressure sensors have also become the basis of related technologies and components.With the continuous development of modern processing technology and the breakthroughs of new intelligent materials,pressure sensors based on new structure,new materials and new principles have become research hotspots.As a member of the new sensor,bionic ion channel pressure sensor is a device or device based on biological principle designed to feel to be measured and convert and output electrical signals according to a certain rule.The research of bionic ion channel pressure sensor mainly focuses on two aspects:sensor structure bionic;sensor function bionic.This paper mimics the function of ion channels in biomembrane and belongs to functional bionics.We have designed a new type of biomimetic pressure sensor and studied its working mechanism by using the partially reduced graphene oxide layered stacked structure to mimic the ion selectivity in the biofilm.The following is the main research content of this article:Firstly,partially reduced graphene oxide films were used as sensitive materials to simulate the ion selective function of biological membrane ion channels.And we adjust the interlayer distance of the partially reduced graphene oxide by introducing tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers sacrificial template to further improve the sensitivity of the bionic pressure sensor.Then,according to the characteristics of biofilm,a sandwich structure pressure sensor is designed.The specific performance is that the upper and lower layers are made up of carbon electrode supported by polytetrafluoroethylene?PTFE?film,and the intermediate layer is the reduced graphene oxide film,and the sodium chloride electrolyte solution is filled between the upper and lower layers.Bionic ion channel pressure sensor will produce positive and negative charge separation under external pressure,making it self powered.The bionic ion channel pressure sensor based on partial reduction of layered graphene oxide film is not only easy to prepare,low cost,and has high sensitivity(0.57 kPa-1),low detection limit?1.5 Pa?and rapid response speed?80 ms?.Finally,the application of the bionic ion channel pressure sensor is tested,and the pulse detection of the wrist,the air flow perception,the direction of the force and the real-time sound vibration monitoring are realized.
