Intelligent Management System Of Factory Logistics Based On The Technology Of Internet Of Things

In present period,there are many problems exist in the logistics link of the factory of many large material production enterprises in China such as complicated process,low efficiency,confusion of vehicle management and so on.It often leads to the chaos of vehicle order,material loss or mis-fitting in the factory,which directly influence the interests and damages the image of the enterprise.In order to solve the above problems,through the research on technology of the Internet of things at home and abroad,an intelligent factory logistics management system based on the Internet of things technology is proposed and implemented.The details are listed as follows:First of all,the origin and status of the Internet of things technology at home and abroad are studied,understanding the relevant theory and cutting-edge technology of Internet of things technology.Secondly,take cement enterprise as an example.The production process and existing problems are studied in the logistics link in the factory,and combine with the concept of Internet of things management.The IC card identification technology,RFID radio identification technology,gate and ground sense technology,OPC/PLC and other technologies are applied to the factory logistics management,and a new design concept of the intelligent factory logistics management system based on the Internet of things technology is put forward.Thirdly,combined with PLC/OPC technology,the design and integration of software system and hardware system are realized.The functions of unattended vehicle weighing,bulk cement fixed value canning,and bagged cement automatic counting and so on are realized in the last.Finally,based on C # Platform and Oracle Database,a factory logistics intelligent management system is designed and implemented including basic logistics management,bulk cement fixed value canning,bagged cement automatic counting,intelligent queue management,unattended vehicle weighing and other functional modules.The system can not only effectively solve many problems in the logistics links,but also improve the corporate image and enhance the corporate profits.The system has been successfully launched in Jidong Cement Yantai Co.,Ltd,Jidong Cement Datong Co.,Ltd.,Jidong Cement Linli Co.,Ltd.and other firms,and has achieved remarkable results.
