In recent years,with the rapid development of factory automation technology and logistics industry,People's requirements for the efficiency of material transportation have also been improved,the role of automated intelligent vehicles in the process of material transportation is becoming more and more important.The application of intelligent vehicles in factories and logistics warehouses greatly improves the efficiency of material transportation and the automation of production workshops.Its application fields are becoming more and more extensive,and various technologies are becoming more and more advanced,especially intelligent control technology has become a hot research topic,therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out in-depth research on intelligent vehicles.Based on the analysis of the research background of the intelligent vehicle and the research status at home and abroad,taking into account the purpose of intelligent vehicle research and practical use and other factors,the overall program of the intelligent vehicle has been designed.Vehicle using optical guidance,through the differential principle to achieve steering.SolidWorks software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the intelligent vehicle and the static analysis of the chassis structure of the intelligent vehicle was carried out using ANSYS Workbench software,the chassis structure was optimized with the strength and stiffness to meet the requirements,and the quality of the optimized chassis was reduced by 27%.The kinematics and dynamics of the vehicle was analyzed,the kinematics and dynamics model of the vehicle is established,and the simulation of the vehicle was carried out in the Adams / View module with constant speed,acceleration and steering,the results show that there is no interference between the various agencies of the vehicle,driving stability is good,the structural design of the vehicle is reasonable.The control system scheme of the vehicle was established,simulink simulation model was set up,PID fuzzy control strategy was adopted,reduce the overshoot of the vehicle control system,improve the response speed,reach the vehicle control system requirements.The overall scheme of the intelligent vehicle hardware was designed,the program of vehicle deviation control was proposed,and the hardware equipments such as sensor,servo motor,PLC controller and battery pack were confirmed.Finally,a test platform was set up to test the performance of the vehicle under the actual conditions.The experiments show that the vehicle has good performance and can meet the requirements of material transportation.
