Droplet microfluidics,as a branch of microfluidics,has received more and more attention in recent years due to its advantages of small size,low sample requirement,and sealed microenvironment without cross-contamination.It has become a rapid development.research direction.The practical application of droplet microfluidic chip technology has brought about a demand for miniaturization,low cost,and convenience in chip information acquisition systems.However,current information collection equipment mainly depends on large scale.Expensive experimental equipment,these devices are not only bulky,high cost,but also take a long time to read the process,too much human participation.In this paper,a microfluidic system high-throughput droplet information detection system based on visual persistence is designed for the observation in microfluidic chip,and the information during observation droplet generation is realized,and the final result is compared with a high-speed camera.Mainly completed the following research work:1.Based on visual persistence of the droplet observation system: the use of the characteristics of the periodicity of the production of droplets,using visual persistence of this phenomenon,through the low-frequency known flicker light source to map the frequency of the unknown frequency of the droplet,Two continuous frequencies are obtained to calculate the actual frequency of the droplets.The droplet spacing can also be used to derive the droplet velocity2.Improve the droplet observation system to get the frequency of droplets in real time: due to the relatively long exposure time of ordinary CCD cameras,the computer is not easy to identify between droplets and droplets.And because the exposure time is too long,the frequency span of the LED is too large,which results in a large difference in the gray value of the photo,and it is not easy for the computer to detect effective information for adjustment.By using the self-triggering of the Qimating R2000 CCD camera,the exposure frequency can be adjusted to be less than 10<?s.At this time,the feature of fuzzy clarity becomes the speed of droplet movement,which is more conducive to computer follow-up adjustment of droplet frequency.3.In order to make the system more compact,easy to build and reduce costs,try to use the optical current sensor in the mouse instead of the CCD camera.The first step is to read the image of the optical flow sensor into the computer,because it is necessary to know whether the light sensor is in focus and the image is processed by a computer.At this stage,the image is successfully imported into the image through the window communication using the Arduino development board.computer.
