Winter planting potatoes is one of the main crops in winter in Guangdong.At present,potato in winter is mainly used for processing starch and feed,which is mainly used for food,but the market value of potato net vegetables is more than twice that of raw material,but the output of potato in the process of potato net vegetable processing is discontinuous and uncertain,and at the same time the potato on the market is on the market.The slicer is a fixed frequency(50 HZ)operation,resulting in more energy consumption after the potato peel to slicing,the increase in the processing cost of the net vegetable,and the uncertainty of the output of the potato chip machine,which may cause the potato slicer slicing incomplete and affect the quality of the potato net vegetable production.The subsequent process will greatly reduce the processing efficiency of the processing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the research on the processing of potato net vegetables at home and abroad,this paper studies and designs the potato intelligent variable slice control system based on the machine vision.The main contents include:1)The overall design of potato intelligent variable slice control system based on machine vision is proposed.Firstly,the general design requirements of potato intelligent variable slice control system based on machine vision are proposed.Secondly,the overall structure of the whole control system is determined.2)Preprocessing of potato input image: in order to accurately extract characteristic parameters of potato input image and improve the recognition accuracy and speed of potato input,this paper carries out image compression,gray scale,median filtering,threshold value segmentation,morphological processing and feature extraction of the collected potato input images.A series of processing and processing.3)Hardware and software design of potato intelligent variable slice control system based on machine vision.First of all,hardware design: the first type,the hardware control module design,including: programmable logic controller(PLC),frequency converter,potato input image acquisition equipment,communication processor,photoelectric sensor,relay parameters design.The second kind of hardware device module design,including: conveyor,camera box,potato slicing machine improved design.Secondly,the software design: image processing software,configuration software(signal storage,conversion and software for OPC server)and the design of control programming software.At the same time,the feasibility of the design of the control system software is verified by the simulation test of the software.4)The potato intelligent variable slice control system is used to compare the energy consumption of potato slicer.The potato chip control system based on machine vision(frequency conversion)and fixed frequency(50HZ)control system have little difference in energy consumption of potato chip control system(frequency conversion)and constant frequency control(frequency conversion)control system based on machine vision.Potato intelligent variable slice control based on machine vision in discontinuous or discontinuous potato input is discontinuous or discontinuous.The system can make the potato slicing machine achieve a significant energy saving index of more than 30%,and verify the feasibility of the control system design.5)The accuracy of the visual inspection system for potato input is verified through related experiments.In the experiment,3 different quality potato materials were repeated 10 times at 5 different belt speeds,and the mean value of absolute relative error is measured.The test results showed that the minimum relative error is 1.04%,the maximum relative error is 6.15%,and the overall phase error is less than 7% and the precision is higher.To meet the quality inspection needs during potato slice processing.
