With the popularity of intelligent terminals and the rapid development of science and technology,the demand of indoor location services is increasing day by day.From 1992 infrared positioning technology to iBeacon positioning technology in recent years,Indoor positioning technology was developed rapidly,A variety of positioning technology has been put forward,The indoor positioning technology based on wireless sensor network is the most widely used,Such as WiFi positioning,Bluetooth positioning,Zigbee positioning and so on.In 2013,after the i Beacon which uses BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)technology was put forward,the location fingerprint positioning technology based on iBeacon is widely sought after,and the positioning technology based on smart phone inertial sensor has the characteristics of independent and short-time high precision.Through the analysis of indoor positioning technology at domestic and overseas,the paper proposes a kind of fusion positioning technology based on multi-sensor and iBeacon,the fusion positioning technology mainly adopts the location fingerprint positioning method and pedestrian dead reckoning mothed.The main research jobs and innovations are as follows:(1)For the iBeacon signal noise caused by the disturbance of staff and multipath effects,this paper proposes the Kalman filter to deal with the acquired iBeacon signal.(2)In order to solve the instability problem of the positioning results based on weighted K-nearest neighbor algorithm(WKNN),this paper uses the Kalman filter to process the positioning results of WKNN.The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy within 1 meter can be increased to above 80% by using the Kalman filter in the office environment.(3)The number of pedestrian step statistical method based on multi-sensor positioning is improved,and the method based on threshold classification is proposed to detect pedestrian gait,and the effective pace is determined based on the pace frequency.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the number of pedestrian step statistical method is above 97%.(4)For the problem of large amount of locating arithmetic and the stiuation that the deviation data in matching results is large,the fusion strategy of multi-sensor positioning and iBeacon positioning is proposed.Firstly,the multi-sensor positioning is used to predict the scope of positioning and achieve the reduction of the location fingerprint database.Finally,the based method of WKNN + Kalman filter is used to obtain the positioning result.According to experimental design,the experimental results show that the positioning accuracy within 1 meter can be increased to above 85% by using the fusion method proposed in the paper.(5)Design and implementation of positioning system.According to the requirements of indoor positioning system,the paper has developed a set of indoor positioning system which use the fusion method and algorithm proposed in the paper.The server adopts the J2 EE architecture,the data access layer uses the Hibernate framework,the Java Servlet component is used in the presentation layer and the business layer.The server has realized a position fingerprint database management module,positioning algorithm module and Socket communication module.The mobile client which uses Android system has completed a user interface module,server communication module,iBeacon signal acquisition and processing modules,sensor signal acquisition and processing modules.After the actual test,the system has achieved the desired results.
