As the performance of projectors is becoming more and more perfect,people's requirements for the quality of projection images are also increasing.In order to make the projection range wider,the multi-channel projection process is controlled by a host computer controlling multiple projectors.In this process,there are often problems such as inconsistent color between projectors,uneven brightness in the overlapping area,and distortion of the projection screen with the texture on the projection surface.In order to solve the above problems,the algorithm for brightness fusion and color correction is performed in this paper.The improvement effectively reduces the interference of the external environment on the color of the projection screen,and makes the brightness transition of the multi-projection screen smoother.In this paper,color correction of multi-channel projection images is performed by three parts of projector brightness consistency,brightness fusion and color correction.First,after the SIFT splicing is performed on the multi-channel projection image,the luminance of the projected image is compensated by the brightness response function and the gamma function of the projector in order to make the brightness among the projectors uniform.Secondly,the sine cosine function is introduced to optimize the distance-weighted luminance fusion algorithm.Based on the luminance fusion model,a global threshold fusion algorithm based on the luminance equalization is proposed to complete the brightness fusion process.Finally,using the color correction algorithm and gamma function to perform color correction on the projection image effectively reduces the interference of the projection surface with colored textures on the projection image and makes the projection image more realistic and natural.This action further optimizes the projection effect.The experimental results show that the proposed method can restore the color information of multi-channel projection images to the greatest extent and correct the multi-channel projection images in real time,which has great application value.
