In view of the current high cost of the design of the compact pick and place machine controller,the lack of simulation methods for the placement machine,and the lack of development tools for the user's personalized management information system,this paper has done the following four tasks:(1)The concept of the ‘master-slave' control method is proposed,the design of the motion controller of the mounter was realized.Through the network communication module,the network communication between the controller and the host computer was realized.And the function modules of the controller were completed.The design effectively improves the efficiency of the execution of complex tasks in the control process and also reduces the design cost of the controller.(2)The concept of hardware-in-loop simulation of the mounting process of the placement machine is proposed.Established the virtual prototype of the placement machine and imported it into the hardware-in-loop simulation system,finally embedded in the main control program to achieve a half Physical simulation process.(3)A program able development tool of Management Information System is designed,and the user can develop custom Management Information System.The page layout,business logic function,rapid programming environment and database of the platform are designed and analyzed.On the premise of ensuring the versatility of the development tools,the user can quickly develop the function of the custom Management Information System.(4)Based on the custom Management Information System development tool designed and researched in this paper,a prototype custom Management Information System for a pick and place machine was designed.The user can easily do secondary development with the prototype according to individual needs,so that the user can quickly complete the development.And the entire system architecture was analyzed and designed.Furthermore,its system management function module,equipment management function module and material management function module were described in detail.After basic experimental tests,the testing functions of the above technologies have reached the basic requirements.The experimental results show that the above design scheme is correct and feasible,and provides a good theoretical basis for follow-up research on the key technologies of the pick and place machine.
