With the continuous development of the electronics industry,The Manufacturing requirements of all electronic manufacturers are more strict.The performance of pick-and-place machine plays a more important role in manufacturing circuit.For the problem of high manufacturing costs.We focus our study on three key technologies:feeding system and other key parts of the mechanical system,the motion controller of pick-and-place machine,monitoring software system of pick-and-place machine.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the feeding machine,the two-stage driving scheme of the feeding system of the placement machine is proposed,and the important parts of the feeding system and the XY-axis module are designed in detail.We manufactured and purchased some key parts of the machine.Secondly,the motion controller of the pick-and-place machine is designed.The master and slave management architecture is proposed,and every module of the controller is designed.The design of the closed-loop control module of the stepping motor is realized,and the communication between the master-slave MCU and each module is designed.Motion control chip powerful subdivision function is selected to ensure that the placement machine of the motor drive the precise movement.Finally,from the efficient production management and effective real-time monitoring requirements,the overall structure of the placement machine monitoring software for real-time monitoring of the running status of the placement machine and the efficient management of the on-site production operations is proposed,and every sub-module prototype system is designed.The performance of pick-and-place machine and real-time monitoring software is proved by testing.This provides a strong support for the future research of the pick-and-place machine.
