| Hedge trimmer is one of the important garden machinery used for landscaping maintenance.The optimization and upgrading of the structure of the hedge trimmer can improve the work efficiency of the hedge trimmer.The vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer is a new type of hedge trimmer developed and designed.The monitoring system is responsible for the condition monitoring and function control of the vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer.Due to the complexity of the structure,hydraulic and electrical systems of the vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer,the monitoring system plays an extremely important role in the safe operation of the hedge trimmer.In order to improve the safety of the vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer,it is of great significance to design and develop a monitoring system that has an early warning function and can accurately display the working status of the hedge trimmer in real time.In this paper,a study and design based on the new vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer,in order to achieve the functional requirements of the monitoring system,Upon completion of the analysis system and the communication protocol design,By CODESYS software platform designed to implement the functions of the monitoring system.Firstly,based on the detailed description of the structure of the vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer,the function of the hedge trimmer monitoring system is analyzed,the design scheme of the monitoring system is determined,and the contents of the monitoring system and the control system are explained in detail.Then the data acquisition and transmission scheme based on the CAN bus technology is designed.Secondly,the overall structure of the hedge trimmer monitoring system is designed,the signal acquisition of the engine and the electronic control system is realized,the monitoring system hardware is selected,and the communication protocol is designed to realize communication.At the same time,the network communication between the monitoring system and the CAN bus was also designed.The software monitoring platform for the hedge trimmer monitoring system was established in the CODESYS development environment.The monitoring of the CAN network of the hedge trimmer is realized,It can quickly and conveniently perform status display and function early warning,providing support for the judgment and failure prediction of hedge trimmer healthstatus.Finally,The designed monitoring system is tested.Tests show that the system has stable performance,it can improve the safety and service life of the hedge trimmer,and has practical value in engineering practice. |
