Design And Study On Move Control System Of Laser-Resistance-Trimmer

Now chip-resistance of type 0402 has been manufactured overseas . But homemade laser-resistance-trimmer cannot trim it, one reason of which is the gap between their move-control-system. That's the aim of this article.About 6K6, the control to 6 motive axes and the assistance to host computer for high trimming precision are reported in this article, following what to communicate between 6K6 and host computer, as well as how to control linear motor, AC servomotor and stepping motors. Hardware circuit is designed. At the same time software is developed and optimized.It is testified that this move-control-system achieves the requirement for high resolution (resistance trimming error is +0.1%) and high speed (55 resistances per second) of laser-resistance-trimmer.
