In the traditional logistics system, from the order access,to the product storage, product acceptance, product in the library query, stock inventory, shifting the library, the final out of the warehouse to the total process of transport, basically rely on human to complete. This system management model brings with it long working hours, poor efficiency, complicated work flow, and big error rate. There is an urgent need for a new type of logistics information technology to replace this traditional storage operation mode to meet people's requirements for logistics management informatization.RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology.Compared with the current popular barcode technology,it has the advantages of small size, fast identification, and strong adaptability. This article takes Debon as an example to analyze the demand for RFID in logistics system, and then proposes to introduce RFID into the warehouse management system of enterprises.According to the composition of the RFID system, the hardware part of the RFID warehouse management system is designed, including electronic tags, fixed readers,PDA,bar code printers and antennas.software requirements document is designed;Process analysis of major operations(inbound, transfer, inventory, and outbound)within the warehouse is designed. In terms of key technologies, the use of binary search algorithms to solve the anti-collision problem, the analysis of RFID security protocols and the use of mathematical programming algorithms to solve the problem of pallet allocation. In this paper,I study the RFID technology in the warehouse management system to build an efficient, reliable and safe warehouse management system. It helps the enterprise to reduce the shortage, saves the human resources and has great significance for enterprises to achieve low cost and efficient operation.
