Development Of Medical Control Blanket Control System Based On Fuzzy PID Control | | Posted on:2019-02-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W Q Gou | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2428330563458752 | Subject:(degree of mechanical engineering) | | Abstract/Summary: | | | Medical control blanket is a kind of medical instrument that controls the patient's body temperature by physical means.It has been widely used in modern medical treatment.However,most medical control blankets at home and abroad have some shortcomings,such as inaccurate temperature control,poor reliability and too large volume of products,which are limited in use and poor in electromagnetic compatibility.In this paper,a medical control blanket control system based on fuzzy PID control is proposed.The temperature control accuracy of the system is up to ± 0.6 degrees.The control system has a good performance,the temperature control accuracy meets the national standard and the industry standard,and meets the standard of the EMC design of the national medical instruments.Starting from the requirement of control system design,this paper decomposes the functions of the system and puts forward a software and hardware solution one by one.The hardware platform of a new medical control blanket control system is studied.The main controller of the hardware platform adopts the STM32F103VET6 chip of ST.The humancomputer interaction interface adopts the 7 inch resistance touch configuration screen produced by Beijing Diwen Technology Co.,Ltd.And the main controller and each sensor are used in the magnetic couple isolation technology.Line communication,and set aside a certain number of sensor interfaces to upgrade and expand.The driver circuit uses the MOSFET array to adjust the power of the semiconductor unit.Two single-knife relays are used to convert the current direction to realize the conversion of the system refrigeration or heat production mode.This paper studies the software design of control system,and proposes fuzzy PID control compound control as the temperature control algorithm of the system.The system software is designed based on uC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system.The realization of each function is specifically designed for the user tasks of the operating system.Software design based on uC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system can improve software stability and facilitate the upgrading and maintenance of software in the future.The whole system is debugged in this paper.Simulation user use has performed many tests on system performance.Test the EMC of the system and discuss the solution.Finally,the system meets the design requirements,indicating that the system hardware circuit design is correct,the software algorithm is stable and effective,and the overall scheme is reasonable. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Medical control blanket, STM32, PID control, Fuzzy control, Magnetic coupling isolation, uC/OS-Ⅱ, Serial screen | | Related items |
