In industrial production device,the control circuit is the core and assumes the task of data input,output,execution of scheduled operations,and completion of intended functions.At present,most of the control citcuit mainly perform data acquisition and input,data control,data output,and communication between modules.The traditional control circuits mainly has the following problems.(1)The data,faults and status information controlled by traditional circuit can only be queried on site and cannot be obtained remotely.(2)The traditional control circuit is usually a single board,which cannot achieve multi-machine linkage and cooperative control.(3)Traditional control circuits are inefficient,inflexible,faulty support is costly and difficult.The Internet of Things is an inmportant part of a new generation of information technology.It is calle the third wave of development of the world's information industry following the computer and the Internet.The Internet of Things is the use of internet or LAN communication technologies to connect objects,machines,sensors,and controllers together through new mathods to form an intelligent network of objects and things or pople and things.Reasonable use of Internet of Things technology can reduce costs and increase economic efficiency.A control circuit system based on the Internet of Things communication is designed in this dissertation.The system includes data acquisition,data communication,calculation processing,data output,and data storage.The data acquisition part includes 8 channels of temperature acquisition,8 channels of analog data acquisition,and 16 channels of switch data acquisition to simulate the status information that needs to be monitored when the control circuit works.The data communication part includes RS-232 C,RS-485,mobile communication,CAN,Ethernet,SPI.The data processing part uses the ARM processor to calculate and process the collected data to know the status information of the control circuit,and judge whether these states exceed the safety threshold,output the alarm information through the relay(digital controller).The data output part includes 4 analog outputs(4-20mA)and 16 switch outputs.The data storage part uses a large-capacity Micro SD card to store the status information of the control circuit,analyze the data,find out the operating rules of the equipment,and provide more scientific decision-making basis for improving production,operation,technical support,and fault prediction.The system integrates most of the digital,analog input and output singnals and communication method of the industrial control field,and has a wide range of applicability for strong processing capabilities.The control circuit system uses 8 channels of temperature acquisition modules,8 channels of analog data acquisition and 16 channels switch data acquisition to simulate the status information of the circuit monitoring,and processes,save,transmits the obtained data.The system has the advantages of good real-time performance,high reliability,low cost and low power consumption.The system engineering prototype has been applied to the control of an industrial equipment and passed preliminary tests.
