Inner Mongolia Telecom Engine Room Entry And Exit Electronic Management Platform Design And Implementation

With the development of science and technology and the increasement of security consciousness,the entrance guard and the intelligent management of the machine room are becoming more and more widely used,intelligent security is more important especially for government agencies,enterprises and institutuions with large number of server rooms.In the early stage,most of the computer room management uses artificial management,which costs much on human resources,material resources and money.The emergence of intelligent security,human resources and material resources are saved in a large extent,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the machine room.This platform uses the cloud technology to realize server cluster,combining the intelligent security that uses the QR code technology to realize the entrance guard card management.It uses three-party workflow engine to realize the complete process management of coming into and leaving room,and realizes the four functional modules: machine room registration,access to the computer room statistics,entrance guard card management,and user privilege management.Based the standard interface,the system realizes the data exchange between different systems.Applying the object-oriented(OO)technology and the information modelling(Information Modeling)technique,it constructs the abstract model of managed resources(including the service and devices)in the network.Using Java as the main development language,using object-oriented and component-oriented development technology to realize the entire system,so that the system has good stability and scalability,using JSP and servlet technology to develop web applications.In conclusion,this paper realizes the functions of registration of coming into and leaving room based on identification,management of entrance guard card based on the QR code and query statistics etc.
