| With the development of science and technology,there are more and more electronic and electrical devices in our life,which work with some electromagnetic energy that can affect other devices.Therefore,the electromagnetic compatibility analysis of them has the value of theory and application.In this paper,the object of the study is the actual case system composed of PCB,cables and the case.The electromagnetic properties of these three important parts of the system are analyzed and optimized in this paper,and the electromagnetic compatibility of the case system composed of these three parts is simulated and analyzed.The following contents are mainly studied:1.The post-simulation of the PCB has been made in this paper to find two methods to reduce the external radiation: adding decoupling capacitors and optimizing terminals.2.The radiation emission characteristics and anti-interference ability of different cables are analyzed,which provides the basis for the selection of cables' types.The influence of distance between the cable and the metal plane on the radiation is simulated and the influence of distance between the cable and the cable on the radiation is analyzed,which provides the comments on the layout of the cables.3.The model of the actual case is modeled and simulated to find the changes of the electric field and the magnetic field strength before and after the case are added.And the influence of vents' shape of the case,the vents' aperture,the materials and the laps of the metal plane of the case on the shielding effectiveness are analyzed,which provides the basis for the design of the case.Shielding effectiveness rating for the actual case model is made at the same time.4.Finally,the joint simulation of the case and cables is analyzed and the suggestions of the cables' layout are got.And the electromagnetic compatibility of the actual case system composed of PCB,cables and the case is simulated and analyzed.Based on the simulation contents of this paper and the traditional electromagnetic compatibility design process,a new electromagnetic compatibility design process of the case system is designed. |
