With the development of the Internet plus initiative,Ali pay,WeChat pay and other payment platform come into being,they reduce the use of cash,and they are convenient for people's life,they have become the essential application in our daily life.Among them,the Ant Check Later of Ant financial has created the way of Internet credit payment in China,and it widespread the concept of credit payment in the large group of users throughout China,the domestic online credit payment has been greatly developed.The concept of credit payment has been deeply rooted in the hearts of every people.The credit payment is different from the traditional payment or the mobile payment.In some specific payment situations,It has unexpected shortcuts and convenience.For college students,there are many small payment items in their daily life,such as the money of College English Test Four and College English Test Six,Party membership dues and so on.They are large in number,small in amount,they have large number and uncertain users.For the people who will pay,the payment process is relatively tedious,for the recipients,the amount is small,the workload is large,and it is easy to make mistakes.Naturally,the credit payment method is introduced in the Micropayment system.By submitting personal information of the user,the application can evaluate the reasonable credit score through the scoring model,and finally correspond to the credit limit of the user,and then make the credit payment in the Micropayment system come true,The payment process is simplified under the guaranteed of security.At the same time,the work of recipient can reduce a lot of.Compared with the traditional charge mode,the PCS microfinance system liberates the recipients from the heavy work,give them more energetic on how to improve the quality of service.Based on the characteristics analyze of the Micropayment system,this paper introduces the core design in this topic,We take the college students as samples,we design and the PCS model.First of all,we introduce the AHP analytic hierarchy process is in detail,and design the AHP credit model based on this theory,Secondly,using the relevant theory of the Rough Set to analyze the data of our users and develop a credit score model which based on the Rough Set;The PCS credit score model analysis the advantages and disadvantages of this two models.Combining the theories which are mentioned above with the best optimization principle,so then the application of the PCS credit score model is created,and make a comparison of weight proportion of the results.After that,we analyze the needs of this group,and obtain the function models of the two categories of users and management.In my subject,the experimental method are mainly select the relevant technologies,design the core functions,and set up the database in detail,then we show the core function of the system.Finally,we complete the performance and function test of the system,and the results are satisfactory.
