In the culture process of Pleurotus eryngii,the culture bags contaminated by bacteria are easy to cause inoculation failure,which increases the cost of Pleurotus eryngii.The main reason of this phenomenon is that the environmental conditions are unqualified during the inoculation.The bacteria enters culture bags with inoculation of strain,which is then manifested in the form of contamination of the culture bags by bacteria.In order to reduce the pollution rate of inoculation,Ningxia Pengyang edible fungus cultivation base optimized the indoor air purification system for inoculation,and introduced an inoculation production line with hundred-level laminar flow covers to improve the inoculation environment.Although the pollution has been reduced in practical production,it has not achieved the desired results.In order to seek a solution to reduce the pollution rate of the culture bags,the following research work has been conducted:(1)Through the research on high-cleanliness environmental monitoring technology and the integrated application of multi-sensor and multi-point on-line real-time monitoring technology,the theoretical overall structural design is conducted,and the feasibility analysis is conducted.(2)The development of monitoring platform is,with Arduino UNO as the core controller,CP-15-A4-CG laser particle sensor as the detection element,combined with RS-485 communication technology and ZigBee wireless transmission technology,LabVIEW-based.The room air cleanliness monitoring system achieves multi-point online real-time monitoring of the inoculation.(3)By verifying and evaluating the function of the monitoring platform,it is found that the contamination rate is positively correlated with the pre-inoculation cleanliness degree and the over-standard concentration of suspended particles during inoculation.Based on that,we propose an idea of using the monitoring system to reduce the inoculation pollution,which is further verified by experiments.Meanwhile,we put forward a control strategy of cleanliness for the inoculation room.Through research on the above work,the following results have been achieved:(1)A multi-point online real-time monitoring system is developed to improve the real-time performance and comparability of sampling point monitoring data;(2)The monitoring system can simultaneously sort,summarize,transfer,display and store different types of data detected at multiple sampling points;(3)The monitoring and alarm functions of the monitoring system are used to effectively control the inoculation pollution rate.The development and application of the monitoring system has made up for the lack of cleanliness testing in the inoculation room.Under the premise of not changing the existing environment conditions for inoculation,the real-time monitoring data of the environment will be used to optimize the disinfection and inoculation processes so as to reduce the contamination rate.
