Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor(FBG)is a kind of optical fiber sensor with low cost,WDM capability and capable of working under harsh environment.It has been widely used in biotechnology,petrochemical and civil engineering fields.Different fiber grating signal demodulation techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages,so choosing the appropriate demodulation technology is a key step in engineering applications.At the same time in hot weapons,the impact of the explosion is very common,so in order to upgrade the ability of hot weapons,measurement of impact parameters is essential.In this paper,FBG sensing is used to achieve the purpose of explosion impact measurement.First of all,a sensing scheme was designed to sense the strain caused by the impact of explosion and to overcome the problems that the measurement range exceeded the range of the demodulation method and that temperature changes lead to measurement errors.At the same time,the rationality of the scheme is verified by the deduction of the theoretical formula.Secondly,in order to carry out the experiment effectively,an FBG demodulator was made from the two areas of hardware of the lower computer and software of the upper computer,and some related parameter settings were provided to meet the needs of the design scheme.Subsequently,various simulation data of transient forces acting on the aluminum pole were obtained using software simulations and analyzed to provide relevant conclusions that could be used to guide the actual experiment.When these two work of the calibration wavelength-light voltage relationship and pasting the FBG is completed,we conducted relevant test experiments to obtain the impact data of the explosion,and the experimental data were analyzed and some results related to the explosion impact were obtained.Finally,an optimization method is proposed to overcome some problems in practical experiments.
