Research On The Effect Of Industrial Policy In The Development Of Electronic Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industry In China

In the background of the country's strong support for the development of hightech industries,China's electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry has developed well.In recent years,the scale of its development has been expanding continuously,making great contributions to accelerating economic growth and creating jobs.Due to the guidance and penetration characteristics of the electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry,it can provide basic technical support for the related emerging industries and promote its common development.Therefore,in the process of the new normal structural reform,China's industrial policy has played an important supporting role for the sustainable development of the electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry.It is of great significance to optimize the industrial structure and transform the mode of economic development.This paper first takes the electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry as the starting point.Aiming at the development of China's electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry for 2000-2016 years,we measure the impact of the three industrial policies on the electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry from the tax preference,the Government R & D input subsidy and the policy financing support.Secondly,on the premise of determining the measurement standard of industrial policy,the DEA-Malmquist index model is estimated and tested on the basis of total factor productivity to measure the industrial policy effect,and the industrial policy effect of China's electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry is scientifically measured and analyzed from the empirical perspective,and the industrial policy effect is carried out in combination with the reality.Comprehensive and in-depth evaluation.Finally,based on the measurement results and the status of the industrial policy development and the "China made 2025" directive content,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the industrial policy effect of China's electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry.Finally,the paper concludes that industrial policy on electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry in our country realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure provides a support role,but its means of industrial policy and the effect is great progress space,mainly from improve the pertinence of the preferential tax policy,the creation of indirect financing,increased investment in research and development of government funding support,boost policy-related finance aspects such as efficiency,shorten the gap with industrial policy effect target,power electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry in our country realize the transformation and upgrading under the background of the new normal development strategy.
