In recent years,with the vigorous development of computer technology and information technology,as a new generation of cloud computing,more and more people are welcome and are applied to all fields of society and become an indispensable scientific and technological power for all walks of life.However,with its scale And the increasing complexity and instability of the network external environment and complex internal systems,have a significant impact on the performance and reliability of cloud computing systems,and also bring new challenges to management.Nowadays,how to ensure that the system can provide users with duration and high quality services has become a problem that needs to be considered in the process of cloud computing system design and development.Cloud computing fault detection technology is to protect the system performance and reliability of the key technologies,cloud computing fault detection system is an important part of improving the cloud computing service fault tolerance to ensure the reliability of user services to achieve cloud computing system self-diagnosis,greatly improve the ability of resource scheduling.According to the characteristic demand of cloud computing and the current requirement of cloud computing fault detection,this paper designs the frame of cloud computing resource fault detection system,and focuses on the fault detection model.The fault detection model is designed based on the deep neural network fault detection model.The sparse self-encoder parallel structure is adopted to extract the features of the original data and then improve the recognition rate of the fault data to ensure the security and reliability of the cloud computing system.Build Hadoop cloud computing distributed platform,deploy the designed cloud computing fault detection system,and verify the feasibility of the system by simulating fault detection behavior.The fault detection system has the advantages of real-time monitoring data analysis,automatic detection and no domain knowledge through data modeling.It not only meets the security requirements of cloud computing but also ensures the continuity of the system.
