Design And Implementation Of Bank's Knowledge Management System

Contemporary is an era of knowledge-based economy.A wide range of knowledge and information has become an important resource for social development and economic growth.Effective management and utilization of information has become the core of modern knowledge building.As a sub-discipline of knowledge-based economy,knowledge management is an important part of enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and staffs' quality.As a knowledge-intensive organization,banks have a lot of knowledge and experience inside.So,the demand for knowledge management is particularly urgent in banks.Knowledge management system is an information system integrated with technology and tools that developed by organizations and individuals for knowledge management demands.It usually provides various practical knowledge management functions according to the needs of different organizations to meet the needs of knowledge management.The thesis investigates and analyzes the current banks' knowledge management system,and studies the functional framework and key technologies of the bank's knowledge management system.It realizes the main function modules of the system according to the deficiency of existing knowledge management.The main contents of the thesis are as follows: First of all,it introduces the related technology of knowledge management system and system architecture,and carry on the demand analysis to the system function.Then it introduces the function design and database design of each module.Because knowledge management system is mainly used for storing unstructured data such as documents,the thesis combines the advantages of relational database and non-relational database.The thesis adopts the strategy of mixed data storage of Domino unstructured database,relational database and directory database to make the system data storage more efficient.Secondly,the thesis uses rough set theory to classify the knowledge documents of banks,and attribute reduction,then forming classification rules to classifying knowledge documents.And it applying this technology to the classifier of system search engine module to category show the search results Finally,the Bank's knowledge management system design and requirements analysis,the realization of the system's main function modules.The main modules are: Knowledge base module,it providing various types of knowledge of the classification of storage,and the formation of an internal knowledge base for internal staffs can access to share;Knowledge quiz module,it learn to help each other within the organization to ask questions to solve the problem;Expert network module,experts in various fields and organization of important knowledge resources,so that more talent can be targeted;Knowledge search module,providing a variety of search methods,combined with knowledge classification technology,the search results will be classified into categories,so user-friendly to find the required information.The knowledge management system designed in this thesis can satisfy the demands of bank's knowledge management.
