Under special conditions,the high reliability of LCD displays must be guaranteed.Low temperature work is a standard of them.However,it can't meet this requirement when LCD displays unprocessed,so they need to be thermally managed.When the LCD display is in a low-temperature heating state,Temperature difference may occur on the surface of the LCD display,will causing the polarizer to shrink or warp at the four corners,lead to high transmittance of blue light and blue spot phenomenon at four corners of LCD display.It is due to the heat dissipation of the structural and the influence of the external environment.therefore,During the heating process,it is very important to make the temperature distribution uniform of the screen and the polarizer surface.In this paper,An ITO graphical heaters are designed that can make the temperature distribution uniform of the display surface during the low temperature heating of the 6-inch LCD display.In the design process of ITO patterned heaters,the effects of conduction characteristics,thermal convection,heat radiation,and heating power consumption on the surface temperature of the panel should be comprehensively considered.Therefore,the degree of influence of these four factors on the surface temperature of the panel is analyzed by ANSYS.First,Create a three-dimensional model of the LCD displayby Pro/E software,and thermal simulation by ANSYS.After,optimize the model to obtain more accurate simulation data and graphics.Finally,through the combination of software and experiment,the effect of the structural frame on the surface temperature of the screen in a complex environment issimple verified,and the direct cause of the blue spots caused by the LCD display at the four corners was the presence of a temperature difference on the screen surface.According to the analysis results,a graphical heater is designed,it is characterized that the heat generated around is higher than the center,which is used to offset the thermal energy dissipated structural to realize the dynamic equilibrium of heating and heat dissipation.In the process of designing the ITO pattern heater,using ANSYS software for steady state thermal analysis.After several refinements and optimization,a feasible graphical heater is finally obtained and passed.Samples were made for testing,and the final test results demonstrated that the patterned heater can meet the low-temperature heating requirements of the GJB and is applicable to the 6-inch LCD monitor.
