As an important part of the transport system,expressways play an important role in promoting economic development.Therefore,in recent years,our country has attached great importance to the informatization of the transportation industry.In 2008,the Ministry of Science and Technology,the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Security signed the "National Road Traffic Safety Science and Technology Plan of Action";at the end of 2014,the second phase of the project,"Key Technologies and Integrated Demonstration of Intelligent Road Traffic Safety Management and Control".This paper relies on the theme of "four-phase traffic information initiative push technology and system research and development" under the theme of "Twelfth Five-Year" national science and technology support plan project "key technology research and development and system integration of intelligent monitoring and safety service guarantee of expressway network operation status"(Project No:2014BAG01B02)The main research results of this paper systematically expound the basic principles and key technologies of proactive push of service information on expressway based on the Internet.Finally,the design and implementation of the proactive push delivery system of traffic service information are given.The specific work of this paper is as follows:First,this article elaborates the current research status of personalized traffic information push system at home and abroad,and evaluates its current situation and future.Second,this paper outlines the role and significance of location-based traffic information push technology under the application of traffic information push system.The paper also describes the model and process of this push technology.Then,this paper presents an improved road network meshing algorithm,which provides a more efficient road network matching technology for location-based traffic information push technology.Finally,simulation experiments show that the improved mesh-based road network matching algorithm can improve the efficiency and experience of location-based traffic information push technology.Third,this thesis designs and implements a set of active information system based on C/S architecture.System for occupants and traffic management personnel to achieve the back-end event management and front-end push initiative and other functions,not only facilitate the traffic management information dissemination,but also for the majority of occupants provide a more convenient and more secure transport services.
