The flexible pressure sensor is a kind of flexible electronic device compos ed of a flexible electrode,a flexible substrate,and flexible pressure sensitive m aterial.In view of the problems with few researches on the integration of larg e-area sensing arrays for current flexible sensors and too low integrationefficien cy and large volume,deeply studies the integrated technology of flexible press ure sensor,which lays a foundation for the further research and development of large area high density sensor.The main contents and innovations of this p aper are as follows:1?The effects of additives,micro-structures of sensitive layers,multi-phase particles and other factors on the properties of composites are studied,the com posite material based on carbon black/RTV silicone rubber and naphtha have good piezoresistive properties;The micro structures of pressure sensitive layer based on 3D printing technology can improve the sensitivity of the sensor;The mixture of CB and CNTs can expand the pressure response range.Through the study of composite printing,two-component RTV silicone rubber is more suitab le for printing,printing screen board 200 mesh,with thinner to adjust the fluid ity of the material can obtain a good printing effect.2?Three schemes of large area and high-density sensing arrays based on t he printed electronic technology are studied.Firstly,the“sandwich”and“interd igitated”arrays are designed by FPCB and screen printing processes.There we re 25 sensors integrated at 1cm~2,and the array thickness is about 0.3mm,all having good piezoresistive effect;A scheme of sensing arrays based on full scr een printing process is put forward.the array has good repeatability and piezor esistive properties in 0-7N.The thickness of array is about 0.3mm,density and area can be changed,this preparation scheme has the advantages of simple pro cess and low cost.3?The signal acquisition and processing circuit is designed and consisted of three components:STM32,AD7606 and CD4067.The collected signals were tr ansmitted to labview to parse,process and display.The tests show that the det ection system can achieve the collection and display of pressure data.
